AcuBalance Clinic: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small, specialist clinic, late cancellations significantly impact my ability to provide care to others on my waiting list.

24 Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the slot to another client in need.

I understand that emergencies an illness happen (especially with families!). If you are unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can find a solution that works for both of us.
