AcuBalance Clinic: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small, specialist clinic, late cancellations significantly impact my ability to provide care to others on my waiting list.

• 48 Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the slot to another client in need.

• Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% session fee.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 100% session fee charge.

I understand that emergencies and illness happen (especially with families!). If you are unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can find a solution that works for both of us.
