Intuitive Aromatherapy 

Essential Oils help with a wide variety of conditions whilst enhancing treatments like cupping and massage.  Based on your symptoms oils are offered which your body selects.   This is blended and a massage or cupping treatment is given.  A small bottle of your unique essential oil blend is given to take home with you.

Clary Sage essential oil is used and blended with your choice of 2 oils.  Proven to reduce the need for an Induction of Labour.

Postnatal Recovery Treatments 

Postnatal recovery massage (Closing the Bones) this includes your birth story.  Abdominal/Pelvic  massage including C-Section scar massage (if applicable) using a warming blend of essential oils,  pelvic sifting with Rebozos, gentle touch/massage is used on the face and body prior to binding.   Mother Warming with Moxa is used to re-balance the body.  This is a ceremony of motherhood.

LUSCS (lower uterine segment cesarean section) - abdominal massage  

This treatment can be beneficial in preventing wound adhesions, fluid retention, lumps and bumps, improve blood circulation and pain.  Have a read about how this treatment can help you.  Treatment can begin after 6 weeks or when you can gently touch your wound.

 If touching your scar brings any kind of emotional flashbacks or trauma please feel free to contact me.  

This can be done in your own home.

Mother Warming  from day 4 postnatal.

This can be in your home and baby can be close to you at this time. -£40

Birth Preparation Acupuncture from 36 weeks

This involves a course of acupuncture treatments which are tailored to your individual needs.  This can address any pregnancy discomforts whilst also gently encouraging pelvic ligaments to soften and the cervix to ripen.  4 to 6 Treatments are recommended.

There is no charge for Initial Consultations.
